{"id":11714,"date":"2022-01-14T13:37:42","date_gmt":"2022-01-14T13:37:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sidimurcia.org\/?p=11714"},"modified":"2022-01-29T19:43:19","modified_gmt":"2022-01-29T19:43:19","slug":"nota-informativa-sobre-nuevas-medidas-de-conciliacion-y-apoyo-maternidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sidimurcia.org\/index.php\/2022\/01\/14\/nota-informativa-sobre-nuevas-medidas-de-conciliacion-y-apoyo-maternidad\/","title":{"rendered":"NOTA INFORMATIVA SOBRE NUEVAS MEDIDAS DE CONCILIACI\u00d3N Y APOYO MATERNIDAD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>NOTA INFORMATIVA DEL SERVICIO DE PERSONAL DOCENTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n con las consultas efectuadas sobre los actos de adjudicaci\u00f3n, se informa que el Acuerdo de 13 de diciembre de 2021, relativo a mejoras para las personas con hijos menores de 12 a\u00f1os a su cargo, mayores con discapacidad o dependientes que convivan en el mismo domicilio familiar, no ser\u00e1 de aplicaci\u00f3n hasta que dicho acuerdo sea ratificado por el Consejo de Gobierno de la Regi\u00f3n de Murcia y publicado en BORM<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.carm.es\/web\/descarga?ARCHIVO=NOTA%20INFORMATIVA%20DEL%20SERVICIO%20%20%28COPIA%29.pdf&amp;ALIAS=ARCH&amp;IDCONTENIDO=175351&amp;IDTIPO=60&amp;RASTRO=c77$m22725,22759,4254\">14\/01\/22 Nota informativa &#8211; Servicio de Personal Docente<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TEXTO DEFINITIVO:<\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n con el apartado 3.b) del Acuerdo de Mesa Genearl de 13 de diciembre de 2021, se adopta, en sesi\u00f3n del grupo de trabajo de la Mesa Sectorial de Educaci\u00f3n de fecha 21 de enero de 2022, el siguiente criterio de interpretaci\u00f3n para el \u00e1mbito educativo:<\/p>\n<p>1. Las personas que formen parte de las listas de espera para la cobertura de puestos docentes, con un hijo o hija menor de 12 a\u00f1os, o mayor con discapacidad a su cargo, no estar\u00e1n obligadas a participar en los atos de adjudicaci\u00f3n y, en caso de hacerlo, podr\u00e1n voluntariamente pedir cualquiera de los puestos ofertados, sin ning\u00fan tipo de exclusi\u00f3n o penalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>2.
