{"id":14172,"date":"2022-09-20T06:30:29","date_gmt":"2022-09-20T06:30:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sidimurcia.org\/?p=14172"},"modified":"2022-09-20T06:30:29","modified_gmt":"2022-09-20T06:30:29","slug":"sidi-recogida-de-firmas-contra-la-imposicion-del-nuevo-cronograma-de-los-actos-de-adjudicacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sidimurcia.org\/index.php\/2022\/09\/20\/sidi-recogida-de-firmas-contra-la-imposicion-del-nuevo-cronograma-de-los-actos-de-adjudicacion\/","title":{"rendered":"SIDI: RECOGIDA DE FIRMAS CONTRA LA IMPOSICI\u00d3N DEL NUEVO CRONOGRAMA DE LOS ACTOS DE ADJUDICACI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #d4458b; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>TIENES DOS FORMAS DE FIRMAR EN ESTA CAMPA\u00d1A (ELIGE UNA SOLO)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>1.- FIRMA EN CHANGE.ORG &#8211;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"fe__sc-1p9fr02-0 bUGPMN\" data-maincontent=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/chng.it\/LhKBHhn29z\">SIDI contra el cronograma de actos de adjudicaci\u00f3n de interinos\/as impuesto por Consejer\u00eda<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>2.- SI PREFIERES, COMPARTE CON TUS COMPA\u00d1EROS LA HOJA DE FIRMAS Y REMITELA A informacionsidi@sidimurcia.org hasta el 10 de octubre de 2022.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1x_z7tLcBwgpldPWlsMVXxCzhv9LQQbld\/view?usp=sharing\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">HOJA DE FIRMAS\u00a0 en papel contra el cronograma de actos de adjudicaci\u00f3n de interinos\/as impuesto por Consejer\u00eda<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; background-color: #3c4880; color: #ffffff; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>SIDI SE OPONE AL NUEVO CRONOGRAMA DE LOS ACTOS DE ADJUDICACI\u00d3N SEMANALES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>SIDI <\/strong>ha podido conocer mediante un email<span style=\"background-color: #ffffff; color: #3c488b;\"> informativo<\/span> remitido a los centros educativos el nuevo cronograma de actos de adjudicaci\u00f3n que unilateralmente fija la Consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, sin previa negociaci\u00f3n o reuni\u00f3n informativa con los legales representantes de los trabajadores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Con esta modificaci\u00f3n los actos pasan de desarrollarse los martes y mi\u00e9rcoles con incorporaci\u00f3n a los centros los jueves a realizarse entre mi\u00e9rcoles y viernes con incorporaci\u00f3n los lunes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Con este nuevo cronograma se producir\u00e1n bajas que se comunican al interesado y al centro el jueves de una semana y ser\u00e1n cubiertas 11 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s (el segundo lunes) y dudamos que eso sea lo que realmente quieren los docentes, los equipos directivos y la comunidad educativa; aunque s\u00ed parece ser lo que quiere esta Consejer\u00eda con los cambios realizados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Con respecto al colectivo docente interino, este cambio vuelve a ser un retroceso en los derechos consolidados de los interinos\/as de esta Regi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de los a\u00f1os, sin duda otro m\u00e1s (no olvidemos que se cobra el verano con 255 d\u00edas y todav\u00eda se adeudan veranos de 2014 y 2015 a cientos de interesados). Pero ahora se rompe con la posibilidad de prorrogar o encadenar nombramientos que permitan alcanzar esos ya abusivos 255 d\u00edas. Precisamente ese fue uno de los argumentos que la Consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n esgrimi\u00f3 cuando se eliminaron los actos de adjudicaci\u00f3n presenciales de los viernes y se implementaron los actos telem\u00e1ticos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ahora cualquier interino que cese un lunes, martes, mi\u00e9rcoles o incluso jueves entrando al acto de adjudicaci\u00f3n semanal, no tendr\u00e1 un nuevo nombramiento hasta el siguiente lunes, y como m\u00ednimo estar\u00e1 4 d\u00edas sin trabajo, pudiendo llegara hasta los 10 d\u00edas si cesa un jueves.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Adem\u00e1s, todo esto se une a un retraso intencionado de los primeros actos de adjudicaci\u00f3n del curso que han buscado claramente el objetivo de intercalar un fin de semana para lograr no abonar esos d\u00edas a los docentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Este sindicato considera un ataque a la l\u00ednea de flotaci\u00f3n de la negociaci\u00f3n tomar medidas unilaterales como estas sin tan siquiera buscar el consenso, como se ha hecho en otras ocasiones cuando exist\u00eda una voluntad negociadora en la Consejer\u00eda y en quienes mandan en ella.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Desde SIDI\u00a0<strong>e<span style=\"color: #3c488b;\">xigimos la paralizaci\u00f3n de esta nueva medida<\/span><\/strong>, y una reuni\u00f3n con los representantes de los trabajadores para dise\u00f1ar un cronograma que satisfaga a todas las partes.\u00a0\u00a0<span style=\"color: #3c488b;\"><strong>POR ELLO SOLICITAMOS A TODO EL COLECTIVO DE DOCENTES INTERINOS DE LA REGI\u00d3N DE MURCIA AS\u00cd COMO AL RESTO DE DOCENTES DE LOS CENTROS EDUCATIVOS P\u00daBLICOS DE LA REGI\u00d3N, QUE SE VER\u00c1N AFECTADOS POR ESTOS RETRASOS, QUE SE ADHIERAN A ESTA CAMPA\u00d1A DE RECOGIDA DE FIRMAS.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;
