Manifiesto <\/span>RESCATEMOS LA P\u00daBLICA<\/span> <\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La <\/span>totalidad de las organizaciones sindicales<\/span> que representamos al personal docente de la <\/span>escuela p\u00fablica<\/span> llamamos a toda la comunidad educativa a <\/span>PROTESTAR<\/span>. La situaci\u00f3n es muy cr\u00edtica en el <\/span>sistema p\u00fablico <\/span>de la Regi\u00f3n de Murcia<\/span>, que necesita un <\/span>rescate presupuestario<\/span> con la m\u00e1xima urgencia. El personal <\/span>docente solo ha recibido hasta ahora, por parte de la Consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n y del Consejo de G<\/span>obierno, <\/span>una negativa tajante a considerar cualquiera de los problemas que hay que abordar sin m\u00e1s espera. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La Administraci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 cumpliendo con sus obligaciones<\/span>, ni para con el personal docente, ni para <\/span>con la sociedad. Se est\u00e1 ignorando la necesidad <\/span>de rescate que apremia al sistema educativo p\u00fablico, ya de <\/span>por s\u00ed deteriorado tras d\u00e9cadas de abandono, desidia y recortes sostenidos. Sobre esta precariedad ha ca\u00eddo <\/span>la crisis de la pandemia como un mazo. Mientras en otras CCAA el di\u00e1logo social desbloque<\/span>a medidas <\/span>ineludibles, como equilibrar las horas de trabajo complementarias y lectivas, ajustar ratios a la baja, invertir <\/span>en infraestructuras, o destinar refuerzos a la orientaci\u00f3n y al trabajo socioeducativo, en la Regi\u00f3n de Murcia <\/span>la Consejer\u00eda se niega<\/span> a cualquier conversaci\u00f3n sobre reversi\u00f3n de recortes, inversi\u00f3n o personal<\/span>. <\/span>No <\/span>hay espacios de negociaci\u00f3n ni escucha reales.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Todas las organizaciones sindicales representativas del personal docente <\/span> exigimos que se afronte con <\/span>decisi\u00f3n y presupuesto la cr<\/span>isis de salud mental<\/span>, grave, profunda y dolorosa, que est\u00e1 azotando al <\/span>alumnado, especialmente al m\u00e1s vulnerable. Tambi\u00e9n, <\/span>debe abordarse<\/span> con la m\u00e1xima urgencia <\/span>el colapso <\/span>de las infraestructuras al que nos est\u00e1n abocando<\/span>, <\/span>reducirse de manera dr\u00e1stica la <\/span>burocracia<\/span>, para <\/span>que <\/span> el <\/span>personal docente pueda atender a las familias, y reaccionar ante la necesidad imperiosa de una <\/span>adaptaci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica sostenible de los centros educativos.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El Gobierno Regional debe sentarse a dialogar de inmediato<\/span> sobre las necesidad<\/span>es de la educaci\u00f3n <\/span>p\u00fablica, <\/span> el porcentaje del<\/span> PIB regional<\/span> a todas luces <\/span> insuficiente<\/span> que se destina a la misma en los <\/span>Presupuestos de la comunidad, y las necesidades de personal que son apremiantes. <\/span> Las familias y el <\/span>alumnado lo necesitan<\/span>, y es tambi\u00e9n un<\/span>a cuesti\u00f3n de <\/span>justicia social, equidad y decencia democr\u00e1tica<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>Hacemos un llamamiento a todo el personal de los centros p\u00fablicos, as\u00ed como a familias y alumnado<\/span>, para <\/span>que secunden actos de protesta demandando di\u00e1logo, reversi\u00f3n de recortes y mejoras. <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>Si te importa el estado de <\/span>servicios p\u00fablicos esenciales<\/span> como la EDUCACI\u00d3N, \u00a1\u00a1es el momento de <\/strong><\/span>que acudas!!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
