{"id":20445,"date":"2024-03-26T08:06:09","date_gmt":"2024-03-26T08:06:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sidimurcia.org\/?p=20445"},"modified":"2024-03-26T08:13:14","modified_gmt":"2024-03-26T08:13:14","slug":"acto-de-adjudicacion-telematico-nota-informativa-sobre-el-segundo-acto-semanal-de-adjudicacion-telematica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sidimurcia.org\/index.php\/2024\/03\/26\/acto-de-adjudicacion-telematico-nota-informativa-sobre-el-segundo-acto-semanal-de-adjudicacion-telematica\/","title":{"rendered":"ACTOS DE ADJUDICACI\u00d3N TELEM\u00c1TICOS: Nota informativa sobre el segundo acto semanal de adjudicaci\u00f3n telem\u00e1tica"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><a title=\"Nota informativa del Servicio de Personal Docente: Segundo acto semanal de adjudicaci\u00f3n telem\u00e1tica - Este enlace se abrir\u00e1 en una nueva ventana\" href=\"https:\/\/www.carm.es\/web\/descarga?ARCHIVO=NOTA%2BINFORMATIVA%2BSEGUNDO%2BACTO%2B%28COPIA%29.pdf&amp;ALIAS=ARCH&amp;IDCONTENIDO=189596&amp;IDTIPO=60&amp;RASTRO=c77$m22725,22759,4254\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nota informativa del Servicio de Personal Docente: Segundo acto semanal de adjudicaci\u00f3n telem\u00e1tica<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Desde el Servicio de Personal Docente se informa que, durante el tercer trimestre, se dar\u00e1 inicio al segundo <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">acto telem\u00e1tico para la adjudicaci\u00f3n de vacantes, dando as\u00ed cumplimiento de lo indicado en el Art\u00edculo 64. 4. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Procedimientos de adjudicaci\u00f3n de la Orden de 27 de junio de 2023 de la Consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, Formaci\u00f3n <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Profesional y Empleo por la que se establecen procedimientos en materia de recursos humanos para el curso <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">2023-2024. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Las l\u00edneas generales que regir\u00e1n dicho acto ser\u00e1n las siguientes: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>&#8211; No se enviar\u00e1n vacantes a los centros<\/strong>: En este segundo acto telem\u00e1tico, no se enviar\u00e1n vacantes <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a los centros educativos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>&#8211; Realizaci\u00f3n del acto seg\u00fan disponibilidad de vacantes:<\/strong> El segundo acto telem\u00e1tico se llevar\u00e1 a <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">cabo solo si existen suficientes vacantes disponibles. En caso contrario, la adjudicaci\u00f3n continuar\u00e1 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">realiz\u00e1ndose de manera telef\u00f3nica. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>&#8211; Vacantes incluidas en este acto:<\/strong> Las vacantes contempladas en este segundo acto telem\u00e1tico <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">ser\u00e1n aquellas que quedaron sin adjudicar en el primero de la semana, as\u00ed como aquellas que, debido <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a su urgencia y a criterio del Servicio de Personal Docente, requieran ser cubiertas de manera <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">inmediata. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>&#8211; Exclusi\u00f3n de plazas que podr\u00edan haberse incluido en el primer acto telem\u00e1tico<\/strong>: En ning\u00fan caso <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">se permitir\u00e1 la inclusi\u00f3n de plazas que hubieran podido ser incorporadas en el primer acto telem\u00e1tico, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">de acuerdo con los plazos establecidos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>&#8211; Plazos y procedimientos:<\/strong> El plazo para la apertura y petici\u00f3n de plazas por los docentes se abrir\u00e1 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">el jueves a \u00faltima hora de la ma\u00f1ana, de manera simult\u00e1nea con la publicaci\u00f3n de la lista de vacantes <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">disponibles. Este plazo se cerrar\u00e1 el viernes a las 11:00 horas. La resoluci\u00f3n provisional se <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">comunicar\u00e1 a partir de las 12:00 horas y la resoluci\u00f3n definitiva se har\u00e1 p\u00fablica a partir de las 13:00 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">horas del mismo d\u00eda. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">&#8211;<strong> Car\u00e1cter voluntario:<\/strong><\/span> Este segundo acto telem\u00e1tico tiene car\u00e1cter voluntario, por lo que se convocar\u00e1 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a todos los docentes de las listas vigentes (Infantil-Primaria y Secundaria y otros Cuerpos) y los que <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">participen: <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\uf0b7 Podr\u00e1n solicitar las vacantes que deseen. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\uf0b7 No ser\u00e1n excluidos si dejan vacantes sin pedir o si no eligen nada. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\uf0b7 Debido a su car\u00e1cter opcional, todas las vacantes aparecer\u00e1n en la aplicaci\u00f3n en blanco, sin <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">colorear, por su car\u00e1cter opcional. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\uf0b7 No existir\u00e1 la opci\u00f3n de optar. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\uf0b7 No podr\u00e1n completar vacantes de tiempo parcial (Primaria) ni cambiar jornada completa por <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">parcial (correos al SPD solicitando esta posibilidad no ser\u00e1n atendidos). <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\uf0b7 No podr\u00e1n realizar mejora de empleo: cambiar a un cuerpo superior. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>&#8211; Participaci\u00f3n de seleccionados en procedimientos de urgencia (Secundaria):<\/strong> Los seleccionados <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">en los procedimientos de urgencia procedentes de otras listas de interinidad y personal inscrito en el <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Servicio de Empleo y Formaci\u00f3n (SEF) tendr\u00e1n la posibilidad de participar en este segundo acto <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">telem\u00e1tico, siempre y cuando los procedimientos de urgencia est\u00e9n vigentes. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La participaci\u00f3n de los candidatos seleccionados del SEF estar\u00e1 sujeta a que los medios inform\u00e1ticos <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">lo permitan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>&#8211; Fecha prevista de inicio:<\/strong> Est\u00e1 previsto comenzar este segundo acto telem\u00e1tico a partir del mes abril <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">de 2024.
