Adem\u00e1s, se habilitar\u00e1 un enlace de acceso a dicha <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">sede electr\u00f3nica a trav\u00e9s de la direcci\u00f3n de internet: www.carm.es\/educacion <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Comisiones de servicio programas educativos 2025-2026).<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Para formular la solicitud de comisi\u00f3n de servicios por uno o varios de los <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">programas convocados, se deber\u00e1 acceder, en primer lugar, al procedimiento <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201cCobertura de plazas, en comisi\u00f3n de servicios, para funcionarios docentes en <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">programas educativos\u201d introduciendo el c\u00f3digo 934 en el enlace \u201cBuscar tr\u00e1mite <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">o servicio\u201d de la sede electr\u00f3nica. En este procedimiento se deber\u00e1 entrar en el <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">apartado \u201cPresentaci\u00f3n Solicitudes\u201d y seleccionar y cumplimentar el formulario <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201cSolicitud de participaci\u00f3n en el concurso para cobertura de plazas, en r\u00e9gimen <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">de comisi\u00f3n de servicios, para funcionarios docentes en programas educativos\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Los solicitantes podr\u00e1n firmar electr\u00f3nicamente su solicitud de las siguientes <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">maneras:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>a)<\/strong> Los aspirantes que est\u00e9n registrados en el sistema \u201cCl@ve\u201d de identidad <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">electr\u00f3nica para las administraciones podr\u00e1n firmar electr\u00f3nicamente utilizando <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">el c\u00f3digo proporcionado por dicho sistema. A estos efectos, se podr\u00e1 consultar el <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">modo de registro y funcionamiento de esta clave en la p\u00e1gina web clave.gob.es<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>b)<\/strong> Quien est\u00e9 en posesi\u00f3n de un certificado digital de usuario podr\u00e1 firmar <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">electr\u00f3nicamente su solicitud. Ser\u00e1n certificados v\u00e1lidos para la firma los <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">emitidos por alguna de las entidades certificadoras reconocidas por la Comunidad <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Aut\u00f3noma de la Regi\u00f3n de Murcia que se pueden consultar en https:\/\/sede.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">carm.es\/eAweb\/publico\/certificados\/CertificadosController.jpf entre los que se <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">encuentran el de la F\u00e1brica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre (FNMT) y el certificado <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">de autenticaci\u00f3n y firma electr\u00f3nica incluido en el chip del DNI o Documento <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nacional de Identidad Electr\u00f3nico.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>c)<\/strong> Quienes hayan prestado servicios en centros p\u00fablicos de la Comunidad <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Aut\u00f3noma de la Regi\u00f3n de Murcia podr\u00e1n utilizar para la firma el sistema de firma <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">con informaci\u00f3n conocida por ambas partes (usuario y contrase\u00f1a de educarm).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3c48a9;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Plazas convocadas.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Las plazas que son objeto para la provisi\u00f3n mediante esta convocatoria en <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">programas figuran relacionadas en el anexo I.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Las plazas ofertadas se desarrollan dentro de los siguientes programas <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">educativos y ense\u00f1anzas: <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Orientadores en colegios<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Unidades de atenci\u00f3n temprana<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Aulas abiertas<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #3c48a9;\">Requisitos espec\u00edficos.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>a)<\/strong> <strong>Ser funcionario de carrera<\/strong> de alguno de los siguientes cuerpos:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Maestros con la especialidad correspondiente a la plaza convocada en el <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">anexo I.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Catedr\u00e1ticos o Profesores de Ense\u00f1anza Secundaria cuya especialidad <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">coincida con la plaza convocada en el anexo I.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>b)<\/strong> <strong>Anexar<\/strong> a la solicitud de participaci\u00f3n <strong>el proyecto de trabajo<\/strong> al que hace <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">referencia el anexo II de acuerdo a las caracter\u00edsticas establecidas en el anexo <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">III.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>c)<\/strong> <strong>No tener informe desfavorable<\/strong> <strong>del \u00f3rgano directivo competente de <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>esta Consejer\u00eda en el caso de haber desarrollado la labor docente<\/strong>, en el curso <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">2023-2024 o en el curso 2024-2025, en alguno de los puestos docentes de un <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">programa educativo por el que se participa.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>d)<\/strong> <strong>No haber renunciado a la pr\u00f3rroga o a la concesi\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n<\/strong> de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">servicios en el mismo programa educativo al que opta, en el curso 2023-2024 o <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">en el curso 2024-2025, excepto cuando la renuncia se haya producido por causas <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">debidamente justificadas y apreciadas por la persona titular de la direcci\u00f3n <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">general competente en materia de recursos humanos.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>e)<\/strong> <strong>Exclusivamente para los programas de Unidades de atenci\u00f3n temprana: <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>estar en posesi\u00f3n de formaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica en Atenci\u00f3n Temprana<\/strong> o acreditar <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">experiencia docente en este programa de, al menos, un curso escolar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
