{"id":26720,"date":"2025-11-28T11:51:34","date_gmt":"2025-11-28T11:51:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sidimurcia.org\/?p=26720"},"modified":"2026-01-15T11:38:51","modified_gmt":"2026-01-15T11:38:51","slug":"sueldos-docentes-2025-nos-suben-un-25-o-realmente-perdemos-un-8-5-en-los-5-ultimos-anos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sidimurcia.org\/index.php\/2025\/11\/28\/sueldos-docentes-2025-nos-suben-un-25-o-realmente-perdemos-un-8-5-en-los-5-ultimos-anos\/","title":{"rendered":"SUELDOS DOCENTES 2025: \u00bfnos suben un 2,5% o realmente perdemos un 8,5% en los 5 \u00faltimos a\u00f1os?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Lamentablemente se ha vuelto a firmar por los sindicatos de clase un acuerdo sobre la subida salarial para el periodo comprendido entre el 2025 y el 2028 que nos vuelve\u00a0 a condenar a la precariedad salarial, ya que el acuerdo es similar al anterior firmado por UGT y CCOO para el trienio 2021 a 2023 donde perdimos un 8% seg\u00fan los datos de INE sobre el IPC, adem\u00e1s; <span style=\"color: #d4458b;\"><strong>si nos retrotraemos a 2010 acumulamos una p\u00e9rdida del 20%<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #d4458b;\"><strong>por lo que ni siquiera se recupera lo perdido sino que se va a ir acumulando p\u00e9rdida de poder adquisitivo a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o, de mantenerse la tendencia del IPC de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, como ya podemos constatar en los datos de 2025.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Dicho acuerdo entre el Gobierno y los sindicatos UGT y CSIF se distribuir\u00e1 en un 2,5% para 2025 (<strong>que podr\u00e1 abonarse durante los ejercicios 2026, 2027, y 2028<\/strong>); 1,5% para 2026 (con una variable del 0,5% vinculada al IPC); 4,5% para 2027; y 2% para 2028.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2025\/12\/03\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2025-24445.pdf\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Real Decreto-ley 14\/2025, de 2 de diciembre, por el que se aprueban medidas urgentes en materia de retribuciones en el \u00e1mbito del sector p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/a>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2003<em><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Efectividad del incremento salarial.<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1.\u2003Las Administraciones p\u00fablicas establecer\u00e1n el calendario de abono de los <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">importes y atrasos correspondientes al ejercicio 2025, en el marco correspondiente de la <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">negociaci\u00f3n sindical de cada \u00e1mbito de administraci\u00f3n. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dicho abono podr\u00e1 distribuirse <\/span><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">durante los ejercicios 2026, 2027 y 2028 o hacerse efectivo en el mes de diciembre <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">de 2025.<\/span><\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">2.\u2003En el sector p\u00fablico estatal el incremento correspondiente a 2025 se har\u00e1 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">efectivo en el mes de diciembre de 2025, abon\u00e1ndose como atrasos los importes <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">correspondientes desde el mes de enero de 2025.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/sidimurcia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/SUELDOS-25-GRAFICA.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canva.com\/design\/DAFxalmP138\/FE9iMz_8OJ2cJrAPP-LVzA\/edit?utm_content=DAFxalmP138&amp;utm_campaign=designshare&amp;utm_medium=link2&amp;utm_source=sharebutton\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">ENLACE AL GR\u00c1FICO<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table class=\" aligncenter\" style=\"width: 69.5109%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;
