{"id":26880,"date":"2025-12-12T11:21:53","date_gmt":"2025-12-12T11:21:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sidimurcia.org\/?p=26880"},"modified":"2025-12-12T11:37:35","modified_gmt":"2025-12-12T11:37:35","slug":"la-consejeria-dejara-a-cientos-de-alumnos-sin-profesor-hasta-el-15-de-enero-al-inicio-del-segundo-trimestre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sidimurcia.org\/index.php\/2025\/12\/12\/la-consejeria-dejara-a-cientos-de-alumnos-sin-profesor-hasta-el-15-de-enero-al-inicio-del-segundo-trimestre\/","title":{"rendered":"LA CONSEJER\u00cdA DEJAR\u00c1 A CIENTOS DE ALUMNOS SIN PROFESOR HASTA EL 15 DE ENERO AL INICIO DEL SEGUNDO TRIMESTRE."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #d4458b;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">SIDI CONTRA EL CALENDARIO DE ACTOS DE ENERO 2026.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Este sindicato ha podido conocer mediante la <a href=\"https:\/\/sidimurcia.org\/index.php\/2025\/12\/01\/nota-informativa-actos-de-adjudicaciones-ultimo-acto-de-adjudicacion-2025-y-primero-del-ano-2026\/\">nota informativa publicada el pasado 1\/12\/2025 por el Servicio de Personal Docente de la Consejer\u00eda <\/a>el cronograma de \u00faltimos actos de diciembre de 2025 y primeros de enero de 2026 (tras el per\u00edodo no lectivo de Navidad).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #3c48a9;\">Denunciamos un retraso excesivo en la celebraci\u00f3n del primer acto de adjudicaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o, lo que dejar\u00e1 hasta 7 d\u00edas lectivos sin profesor a los alumnos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Que nos parece mucho m\u00e1s sangrante que, siendo enero un momento sensible en las jubilaciones de funcionarios\/as no se haya previsto la sustituci\u00f3n de estas vacantes de jubilaci\u00f3n de tal forma que se puedan efectuar desde el 7 de enero. Igualmente sucede con otro tipo de situaciones como excedencias, asuntos propios, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #3c48a9;\">Que el sindicato SIDI considera que, podr\u00edan haberse ofertado algunas de estas plazas en el \u00faltimo acto de adjudicaci\u00f3n del 11 de diciembre con fecha de incorporaci\u00f3n el 7 de enero al tratarse de vacantes de plantilla.<\/span> Nos consta que alg\u00fan director lo intent\u00f3, pero desde el Servicio de Personal Docente se le dijo que no se incorporaban estas vacantes provenientes de jubilaci\u00f3n hasta el primer acto de enero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #3c48a9;\"><strong>Que este sindicato ha solicitado a la Consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n<\/strong> <\/span>y Formaci\u00f3n Profesional de la Regi\u00f3n de Murcia <span style=\"color: #3c48a9;\"><strong>que tome las medidas oportunas para conseguir que<\/strong><\/span>, al menos, las plazas sin cubrir provenientes de jubilaci\u00f3n, excedencias, asuntos propios y otras situaciones, <span style=\"color: #3c48a9;\"><strong>sean sustituidas desde el pr\u00f3ximo 7 de enero<\/strong> <\/span>y no el 15 de enero como se indica en la nota informativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3c48a9;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Que si es necesario se celebre un acto de adjudicaci\u00f3n previo a la Navidad para cubrir dichas plazas.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El curso pasado en el primer acto tras la Navidad se cubrieron 186 sustituciones de maestros (24 vacantes) y 158 de secundaria (24 vacantes).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">En Murcia a 12 de diciembre de 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La junta directiva de SIDI<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SIDI CONTRA EL CALENDARIO DE ACTOS DE ENERO 2026.
