{"id":3980,"date":"2020-05-07T16:47:24","date_gmt":"2020-05-07T16:47:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sidimurcia.org\/?p=3980"},"modified":"2020-05-08T10:27:28","modified_gmt":"2020-05-08T10:27:28","slug":"sidi-informa-mesa-sectorial-de-educacion-del-07-05-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sidimurcia.org\/index.php\/2020\/05\/07\/sidi-informa-mesa-sectorial-de-educacion-del-07-05-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"SIDI INFORMA &#8211; MESA SECTORIAL DE EDUCACI\u00d3N DEL 07\/05\/2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Celebrada la Mesa Sectorial de Educaci\u00f3n hoy jueves, 7 de mayo, con car\u00e1cter extraordinario y por videoconferencia, donde se han tratado dos instrucciones relativas a la vuelta a los centros para prestaci\u00f3n de servicios administrativos y de coordinaci\u00f3n y a las comisiones docentes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.carm.es\/web\/Blob?ARCHIVO=20200507_DEFINITIVO%20PLAZO%20HUMANITARIAS%20%28COPIA%29.pdf&amp;TABLA=ARCHIVOS&amp;CAMPOCLAVE=IDARCHIVO&amp;VALORCLAVE=162971&amp;CAMPOIMAGEN=ARCHIVO&amp;IDTIPO=60&amp;RASTRO=c77$m22725,22759,4254\"><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Planificaci\u00f3n Educativa y Recursos Humanos por la que se establece la fecha de finalizaci\u00f3n de presentaci\u00f3n de solicitudes para las comisiones de servicio de car\u00e1cter humanitario<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Consejer\u00eda fija el cierre del plazo el 15 de mayo. Actualmente hay 1130 solicitudes cerradas correctamente, 154 todav\u00eda abiertas y 36 cerradas pero susceptibles de que deban ser subsanadas. Por tanto, siendo un procedimiento que afecta a tantos, docentes, SIDI ve positivo que se avance en su estudio y valoraci\u00f3n, pero solo lo vemos viable, si se tiene en cuenta la dificultad para obtener ciertos documentos oficiales debido a las limitaciones de movilidad y funcionamiento de la administraci\u00f3n por el Estado de Alarma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>El texto ha sido APROBADO POR UNANIMIDAD DE LAS ORGANIZACIONES SINDICALES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sidimurcia.org\/index.php\/2020\/05\/07\/07-05-2020-instrucciones-a-los-equipos-directivos-para-la-recuperacion-gradual-de-la-actividad-presencial-en-los-centros-educativos\/\"><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Planificaci\u00f3n Educativa y Recursos Humanos por la que se dictan instrucciones a los Equipos Directivos para la recuperaci\u00f3n gradual de la actividad presencial para la <\/strong><strong>prestaci\u00f3n de servicios administrativos y de coordinaci\u00f3n en los centros educativos p\u00fablicos dependientes de la Consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n y Cultura.<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el sindicato SIDI vemos necesario que se regule la apertura de los centros exclusivamente para la realizaci\u00f3n de tareas administrativas y de coordinaci\u00f3n que pudiesen ser necesarias, para todo procedimiento que telem\u00e1ticamente no pueda realizarse y para procedimientos administrativos concretos (admisi\u00f3n de alumnos, becas, etc.), no obstante, hemos echado en falta en el documento que no se haya tenido en cuenta las siguientes reflexiones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">1.- No se recoge una evaluaci\u00f3n inicial de los riesgos en los centros educativos por personal cualificado y se considera al director\/a del centro como si fuese un T\u00e9cnico Superior en Prevenci\u00f3n de Riesgos Laborales. Tampoco alternativas si algunas de las cosas que se plantan no pueden cumplirse (d\u00e9cimo, planificaci\u00f3n de la apertura de los centros), \u00bfy si los materiales no est\u00e1n o no llegan?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">2.- Pese a que lo hemos pedido incluso por registro, no hay un reconocimiento del curso de autoformaci\u00f3n OBLIGATORIO, en horas o cr\u00e9ditos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">3.- No podemos compartir que haya una adquisici\u00f3n de material en base a las necesidades que detecte el equipo directivo, sin ser especialista y que esa adquisici\u00f3n se haga sin una dotaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica extra a los centros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">4.- No estamos de acuerdo con que el director\/a sea el encargado de la compra de material, m\u00e1s a\u00fan, cuando precisamente el gobierno del pa\u00eds ha centralizado la compra de materiales, sin embargo, aqu\u00ed nos encontramos con la necesidad de comprar, dentro de una industria de material de riesgos sanitarios, donde no hay una supervisi\u00f3n de empresas que cumplen con las certificaciones correctas o que incluso puede haber proveedores que apliquen precios abusivos a un mismo material<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">5.- No hay un compromiso de la Consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n no solo de abastecer un m\u00ednimo de materiales (gel hidroalcoh\u00f3lico, mascarillas, guantes, mamparas, cintas adhesivas, carteler\u00eda,) para la incorporaci\u00f3n a los centros sino para posteriormente asegurar el abastecimiento peri\u00f3dico.
